Dear shareholders.

As we are entering a very exciting phase of the Hydrabrush Inc. Quatro rebrand and relaunch, we would like to offer our existing shareholders an opportunity to speak with our management team via video conference.

In the coming days everyone will receive a link to join a ZOOM video conference currently scheduled for 06 January 2022 at 4:30 pm Pacific time and again on 11 January 2022 at 4:30 pm Pacific time. If you cannot join by video, call in phone numbers will be included on the invitation. Meetings are limited to 100 participants, if you cannot access the first meeting due to capacity, please join the second meeting. The meetings could last up to 90 minutes allowing for shareholder Q&A and topics will consist of:

• Meet the new Board of Directors and Board candidates.
• Hear the vision of the 2022 transition from 30 Second Smile to Quatro.
• Provide information about the concept and structure of the new Management pool.
• Question and answer period that will allow all participants to ask questions about the future of the company.
• Invite expansion of current portfolios and referral to friends and family.
