Dear shareholders.

Greetings from the Quatro Management team,

We want to wish you and yours Happy Holidays and a very prosperous 2022.

Our last email update mentioned a ZOOM video conference for early December and obviously that window has passed. We have experienced a delayed response from our legal team regarding employment agreements that have a complex equity structure. With that, we have begun talks with another firm that has assured us they can get the agreements drafted. Once that is finalized, we expect some friendly money to get us restarted shortly after the first of the year. At this time, it’s our intention to reschedule the virtual shareholder video conference sometime late February or early March 2022.

Our product design team has already slated our project to restart late January 2022 so we are very excited about Q1 2022 being the beginning of the Quatro vertical.
