It is with much regret that we inform you of the death of Wilfred Bruce Madrid, HydraBrush’s current CEO/CFO and a valuable member of its leadership team for many years. Mr. Madrid was fatally injured in a multi-car accident in the LA area on August 14, 2021. The details of the accident, including his death, are still under investigation.

In response to this tragedy, the HydraBrush Board of Directors is working diligently in consultation with our Advisory Board to minimize the negative impact of Mr. Madrid's untimely death. We are also speaking with our design partners as well as industry leaders on the continued progress toward the HydraBrush /30 Second Smile toothbrush's relaunch. We are extremely confident that our partnership with RKS will have significant positive impact on the future of our company. Please be assured that we will keep you informed as developments occur.
